Utilities

Printmonkey has recently provided a rewrite for a statement and billing system. The initial brief was to incorporate a change of data feeds, additional data to include new billing items and a potential change to the look and feel of the final documents. All bills and statements had to be capable of traditional black and white printing in multiple resolutions as well as archiving for full colour viewing. The solution we designed also allowed for extra products and services to be added as they came on-stream. It also gave the client a system that could be maintained by the in-house team, with whom Printmonkey worked closely throughout the project.

Financial Services

Printmonkey has designed and delivered a wide range of solutions including letter applications, award-winning credit card statements with integrated credit card cheques, and bank statements for both black and white and colour printing.

We have migrated letter systems from legacy applications, delivering a faster, personalised and more easily maintainable application. The statements incorporated areas for marketing information, combining images and highly personalised text.

In addition, we have provided resource for on-site development work, most recently on a redesign and rewrite of an insurance system - encompassing letters, claims, renewals and incorporating a change from black and white to colour printing.

Printmonkey has also assisted on a variety of consultancy pieces, gathering requirements and objectives, and creating business documentation from system analysis to business specifications to aid in-house projects.
